We want Co:Creation to be a professional space where everyone feels safe and comfortable. 

To ensure best-practice for all, we ask that the following rules of office etiquette and respect are followed at all times.

As a community project, we welcome any feedback and ask that you contact us directly if you feel any of the following rules are not being met.

Volume levels. We have pods available for those who require added privacy and want to work without background noise. In the co-working spaces there will be a tolerance for normal conversation and phone call volume levels. 

Please respect your fellow co-workers by avoiding shouting or playing music without headphones.

Phone calls should not be made via loudspeaker, these conversations should be taken outside of the building to avoid disturbing co-workers.

Harassment. Standard office rules apply here. Please do not use inappropriate language including lewd gestures towards any colleagues or Co:Creation employees. Sexism, racism or sexual harassment will not be tolerated in any form. Failure to comply with this will result in immediate termination of the co-working agreement.

Pornography, violent images. Co:Creation is primarily designed for working remotely. Do not access pornographic websites or download inappropriate videos or images while inside the building. We have added controls to the IP to limit the access of unsafe websites, should you not be able to access a genuine website for work purposes, please contact us directly for assistance with this. 

Personal space. Each desk space is clearly defined and bookable. Please only take the space assigned to you. 

Cleaning. Our spaces are thoroughly cleaned daily, but we expect that the offices and common spaces are used respectfully. Please place any rubbish in the bins provided and clean any mess or spillages immediately using the resources provided in the kitchen. Report any damage or breakages as soon as possible.

Dress code. Basic coverage is required at all times, including shoes. Beachwear is not appropriate or hygienic for the office spaces. Gym and activewear should also be avoided.

Food consumption. It is preferred that food is prepared and consumed within the kitchen and lounge spaces.

No children. The building is not licensed for anyone under 16.

No unauthorised visitors. Passes are for single users only. For everyone’s safety and fairness, please do not allow anyone into the building without access.

Health and illness. Please stay at home if you are feeling unwell or have any symptoms of a virus or infection. Wait a minimum of 24-hours after taking medication for an infectious disease or virus before returning to Co:Creation.
